Shipping
Listed “ready-made” items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your payment. Jewellery pieces that are existing designs but not in stock will generally be shipped within 3 – 4 weeks. More complicated custom order items will take between 4 – 12 weeks for production. If we cannot complete your item within these timeframes, we will do our best to let you know at the time of purchase.
All domestic orders requiring tracking and insurance will be shipped via Canada Post Priority or Express Post Mail. If you prefer another method, please let us know when you order, and we will create a separate invoice for you.
Shipping costs vary from $20 – $30 for domestic shipping, depending on price of the item purchased. This includes shipping, insurance and tracking.
National and International orders will ship by Fed Ex or UPS and cost $80 – $120, depending on cost of the item and the distance of the delivery.
Items will be gift-boxed and sent in a priority box or padded mailer.
Refunds and Exchanges
As our work is all handmade we do not provide full refunds.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase however, so if an exchange is necessary, we are happy to accept most items for exchange or store credit within 14 days. All returned items must be in original condition. Each purchase is eligible for a single exchange only.
All sale items are final sale.
Custom orders, orders that accommodate any variations or changes (including sizings) are non-refundable and all sales are final.
